GEAR & BEER - Education Series - Kirkwood, MO

Have you always wanted to learn about all the different outdoor gear but didn't know where to start? The experts at Alpine Shop are here to help! 

Outdoor recreation continues to explode in popularity throughout the Midwest and for good reason: it's great fun, good exercise, and the great outdoors soothes the soul! But without knowing the basics of the equipment and clothing needed, it can be a pretty intimidating activity to jump into without any help.

Our Alpine Shop expert Outfitters will help educate you at the "Gear & Beer" Educational Series. We’ll go over all the technical  basics: the equipment you’ll need, the different styles of skis, boards, bikes, kayaks, clothing, camping and hiking equipment.

You can relax with a beverage of your choice and take notes at your leisure. Refreshments and snacks will be served; water, pop, wine, and beer.

Each class starts at 6:30pm and lasts for approximately 90 minutes. To secure a spot you will need to register. 

Registration is FREE but you MUST REGISTER.   Be a Sweetheart and register, so we know how much food and drink to have on hand. :)
